Q. What materials are your shirts made from?
A. All Bailiwick Clothing tees and sweats are printed on high-quality blended materials, mostly polyblend and triblend fabrics.
(polyblends are a 50/50 blend of cotton and polyester, and triblends are generally a blend of 50% polyester, 25% cotton & 25% rayon. They all feel super soft and hold their shape and color very nicely. We’re committed to providing high quality t-shirts and garments that fit and look great.
Q. How do your shirts fit?
A. Our t-shirts generally feature a fitted, athletic cut. Ladies cut shirts DO tend to be cut a little on the tighter side. If you prefer a more relaxed feel, we recommend that you choose the next size up. Our sizes may occasionally fluctuate due to manufacturing changes
Q. Do your shirts shrink?
A. Our t-shirts and sweatshirts tend to shrink about a half size if washed and dried under high heat. To ensure the maximum life of our garments, please follow all listed washing/drying instructions.
Q. I’m ready to buy. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Our store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Q. How do you ship your items?
A. We currently offer standard domestic shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS). For expedited shipping, please contact us directly.
Q. OK, I’ve placed my order… How soon will it ship?
A. Orders with standard shipping will usually ship within 2-4 business days. Please note that orders placed during sales or promotions may take longer to process due to increased demand. Our distribution center is closed on weekends and major holidays.
Q. And if something’s not right... What’s your return policy?
A. If you are not satisfied with any items in your order, you can send them back for a free exchange or refund. We do ask that articles of clothing be returned in their original condition.
Please send the items back with a copy of your receipt or confirmation email, along with a note stating which garment you want to exchange.
Once we’ve received the garments in question, we’ll send out the replacement garments at no charge.
Please note: because of variable sales cycles, we may not have the exact item in that exact size in stock at that time.

Q. Is Bailiwick a real word?
A. The answer is YES! The word Bailiwick is an Old English word that’s derived from the combination of the term bailiff, meaning a local officer with certain powers, and wic, meaning a village. So taken literally, it meant the area of jurisdiction for a bailiff, or a sheriff.
